CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

1. As a Test Prep Coach and Tutor I have helped hundreds of students prepare for standardized tests (SAT, ACT, GRE, & GMAT).

2. As an Adjunct Professor of Business Administration at Mary Washington University, taught Research Methods and Statistical Analysis with a focus on   interdisciplinary management practices in public and private sector organizations.

3. As a Research Psychologist on U.S. Army's Pentagon Staff, I designed and implemented on-line Workforce Information System, provided time-sensitive on-demand research briefings, reports, analysis and recommendations to Army Headquarters Leadership.

4. As a Management Consultant, provided quantitative and qualitative analysis to organizations undergoing reorganization, developed models, and analysis of statistical data, provided facilitation, planning and project management services.

5. As a Research Associate at The George Washington University, Project manager for performance evaluation of National Clearinghouse, provided multivariate data analysis, factorial analysis, and survey analysis and detailed reporting.

6. Consultant US Army Corps of Engineers, Codeveloped and implemented nationwide a major customer satisfaction training initiative for senior project managers. Developed and implemented a process improvement plan.
